Terms of Use
Terms of Use (EULA) for the Admin Bestie app. Last updated 21 October 2026. See also our App privacy notice.
The short version
- Admin Bestie helps you and your household keep track of bills, spending, to-dos, renewals and workouts. It is a planning and budgeting tool, not a bank, financial adviser or medical provider.
- One subscription covers your whole household: after a 14-day free trial, you can choose Monthly (£1.99/month) or Yearly (£19.99/year), billed in your local App Store currency through your Apple Account.
- You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
Who provides the app
Admin Bestie is made and operated by Sam Heel. If you have questions about these terms or the app, email hello@adminbestie.app.
Subscriptions and free trial
- Plans: Admin Bestie offers two auto-renewable subscription options in the iOS app: Admin Bestie Monthly (£1.99 per month, or the equivalent price in your local App Store currency) and Admin Bestie Yearly (£19.99 per year, or the equivalent price in your local App Store currency). The exact price for your country is shown on the subscription screen before you confirm.
- Household coverage: one active subscription covers everyone in your household. When you invite a partner or housemates into your household, they do not need a separate subscription.
- 14-day free trial: new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the 14-day trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Billing and auto-renewal: payment is charged to your Apple Account when your free trial ends (or at confirmation of purchase if you are not eligible for a trial). Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing or cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions (or from Settings → Subscription inside the app). Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
What the app is — and isn’t
- No financial or medical advice: Admin Bestie works out figures from what you enter so you can plan your own money, bills and training. It does not hold, move or transfer money, connect to banks, or give regulated financial, tax, legal or medical advice.
- Gym and Apple Health: workout suggestions (such as the next weight on a routine) are simple rules based on sets you logged. Always train within your own limits and consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme.
Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You own what you put into the app, and you can download a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data. How we handle your data is set out in the App privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Please use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or access anyone else’s household without their invitation.
Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is”. While we take care to keep Admin Bestie accurate, backed up and available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that calculations will be free of every error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sam Heel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Apple App Store terms
When you download Admin Bestie from the Apple App Store, these Terms of Use supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Sam Heel, not Apple; that Sam Heel (and not Apple) is responsible for the app and its content, maintenance and support; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
